We are coaching and supporting Nigerians who choose to return from Germany to their home country with the aim of achieving an economically sustainable reintegration in Nigeria. With three organisations partnering, ARRIVES supports the participants through the entire process: from their initial business idea right through to the launch and establishment of their business in Nigeria or entering employment. The cooperation of the three project partners aims to significantly improve the support provided to returnees.
ARRIVES offers two approaches to economic reintegration: self-employment or job placement. The most suitable option for each returnee will be determined in the initial counselling session with the return coaches from Social Impact and supported by the reintegration counsellors from IRARA and the coaches from ITC. ITC and IRARA will assist the returnees by offering ongoing support either to start their own business or find employment.
